Having burning inhibiting means:

(under subclass 283) Subject matter wherein the propellent form has surfaces limiting the physical extent of the form and includes a medium, to control the burning area of the form, selectively placed on one or more of the surfaces to control the amount of the surface and the shape of the surface that can be burned at any instant of time.

(1) Note. The medium to inhibit may be combustible but it burns at a slower rate than the propellent form.
