DEFINITION

Classification: 141/251

(under subclass 250) Apparatus comprising means to support a receiver against gravity and separate means assisting the flow of contents material from a supply source, said means being so related as to require relative motion of receiver and flow assisting means away from each other during normal filling operation.

(1) Note. This and the indented subclasses take all discharge assistant-type fillers, which qualify under subclass 250 even where no source of supply is claimed.

(2) Note. This type of filling operation is frequently referred to as "uniform density" filling.
