(under the class definition) Apparatus which includes means for (1) directly applying magnetic forces to material which is to be a part of the product, e.g., metal charge, insert, etc., or for (2) applying the magnetic forces to move or position the shaping parts.

(1) Note. To be included in (2) supra, the force to move the shaping part has to be generated by a magnetic force although it may be indirectly applied through mechanical linkages.
