(under the class definition) Apparatus in which a tool drive

means is provided with a means specifically adapted to be engaged by the hand of an operator to manipulate the drive and a means to control a tool drive (such as a motor control or clutch operating means), the control being related to the hand engaged manipulating means in such a manner as to enable the tool drive to be controlled and manipulated by a single hand of the operator.
