(under subclass 337) Passageway covering means wherein the swinging covering structure is moved about its connection to the landing* by drive-means* powered by contact with a moving load-underlying support surface, or structure attached to the load-underlying support surface, of an elevator.

(1) Note. Means located on and traveling with the load supporting surface which is intended to impact directly against the passageway covering means is not considered a drive-means* proper for this subclass and is found in subclass 337.
