DEFINITION

Classification: 24/462

Resilient channel or bar:

(under subclass 460) Detached gripping members wherein at least one of the gripping members is either (a) constructed to be resilient*, or (b) made from a resilient* material to aid in the mating or interlocking of the gripping members.

(1) Note. A gripping member merely formed from a resilient* material but wherein the resiliency does not aid in the mating or interlocking operation is not considered proper for this subclass.
