(under subclass 6) Processes in which the comminution or disintegration is combined with an operation on the seed or seed part which functions to loosen or remove the outer coating or husk portion from the seed or seed part.
(1) Note. The operation to remove or loosen the husk portion must be of a character other than comminution of the inner body of the gain.
