(under subclass 343) Subject matter having two or more signalling means spaced along a single path of radiation from the source.

(1) Note. Expansible gas responsive means having two chambers and a common deformable wall which moves as a result of the difference in pressures between the two chambers and gives an electrical signal is included in this subclass if both chambers are in the path of the radiation.
