DEFINITION

(under the class definition) Subject matter wherein means are provided in connection with a detachable valve actuator, whereby a sealing member is brought into operable position to prevent leakage when the actuator is detached.

(1) Note. The arrangement herein usually takes the form of a valving means for the opening through which the actuator passes which closes the opening when the actuator is detached from the main valve.
