DEFINITION

(under subclass 90.1) Device with structure adapted to bear against the cover on a surface thereof directly opposite the

surface engaged by the cutter so that such cover-engaging structure resists movement of the cover away from the cutter, wherein the cutter is joined to the cover-contacting structure by means which permits relative arcuate movement between the cutter and the cover-engaging structure.
