(under subclass 143) Subject matter including significant means whereby contact opening or closing is accomplished by means of a mechanical device moving in a rotary manner in a single plane, for example, circular or oscillatory motion in a horizontal or vertical plane. The structure usually consists of a rotary means supported by a shaft which shaft is supported in a bearing or bearings and prevented from moving by a thin film of fusible material until released by heat.
