DEFINITION

(under subclass 70) Subject matter wherein the latch structure comprises at least one bimetallic element which directly constitutes the latching means by which the main switch contacts are prevented from moving from one condition to another. The actual detent means may be rigidly attached to the bimetallic element in such a manner as to form a continuation thereof.
