DEFINITION

Classification: 356/27

(under the class definition) Subject matter including means to measure the velocity or the velocity to altitude ratio of a vehicle by sighting from the vehicle on a remote object, or including means to measure the velocity or the velocity to altitude ratio of a moving object remote from an observer by sighting on the object.
