With one spark electrode which is hand held:

(under subclass 253) Subject matter wherein one of two sparking electrodes is arranged to be hand manipulated and manually brought into contact with the other electrode to thereby produce a spark.

(1) Note. Included, for example, an energized electrode with an insulated handle which can be brought into contact with a grounded gas burner to produce a spark igniting the burner.
