(under subclass 129) Subject matter in which the storage element is superconductive in that it has a finite electrical resistance at particular (usually normal) temperatures and magnetic field strength and zero resistance at (usually) cryogenic temperatures and low field strengths, the change of resistance or presence or absence of current in the superconductor being used to signify information.
