STORED INFORMATION ACCESS OR COPY PREVENTION:

(under the class definition) Subject matter which conceals or prevents rerecording of machine readable information by making the stored information unintelligible.

(1) Note. Such information often includes a set of programmed instructions for information retrieval or processing equipment.

(2) Note. For purposes of classification the term "machine readable information" excludes an access or authorization code, per se.
