DEFINITION

(under subclass 26) Apparatus comprising a driven runner and a branched fluid conduit downstream of the runner, one branch leading to a point of use for the fluid, the other branch being valved and discharging to atmosphere when the valve is actuated as a result of the sensing means responding to the force exerted by the fluid.
