DEFINITION

(under the class definition) Apparatus comprising a runner* on which blades* are mounted and project in rows radially inwardly and outwardly from both circular peripheries of a ring member, the direction of projection of the blades* being along a radial plane passing between the member and the axis of a member supporting the ring member, the blades* being arranged for passage of working fluid* in a direction generally parallel to the axis of the support member.
