DEFINITION

Classification: 417/44.2

Responsive to pump fluid pressure:

(under subclass 44.1) Apparatus having a sensing means responsive to variation in pressure present in the fluid flowing to or out from the pump and which causes operation of the control means to alter the operation of the motor.

(1) Note. The fluid pressure may be transmitted to the sensing means via another liquid (e.g., mercury column).
