DEFINITION

Classification: 43/42.08

(under subclass 42) Lures in which (1) the lure must be shifted relative to the hook connection to give access to the hook holding means before the hook can be disconnected, or (2) the means for holding the line on the lure and the means for holding the hook on the lure are so interrelated that one must be moved from operative position before the other can be removed or disengaged from the lure or operated to release the hook or line held by it.
