With nonproteinaceous organic nitrogen compound (e.g., hexamethyl enetetramine, alkanolamine salts, etc.):

(under subclass 551) Subject matter wherein a nonproteinaceous organic nitrogen compound is a component in a consolidated solid fuel composition.

(1) Note. An organic nitrogen compound is one wherein nitrogen is attached directly or indirectly by nonionic bonding to carbon of an organic compound.
