(under subclass 93) Subject matter wherein the pressure opposing structure is an elongated apparatus having a major amount of the mass being located near one end and which is held in the hand of the user at its opposite end.

(1) Note. While a wooden, bottle-shaped "Indian" club or a juggling club is found in this subclass, the elongated apparatus may include any bar arrangement which is held at one end and weighted at the other end.
