(under subclass 145) Compositions which contain an additional active organic compound wherein carbon is attached directly or indirectly to nitrogen, other than as nitro or nitroso (-NO2 or -NO), by nonionic bonding.

(1) Note. A nitro or nitroso group may be attached directly or indirectly to carbon by nonionic bonding, provided that a nitrogen which is not part of a nitro or nitroso group is also attached.
