(under subclass 150) Compositions in which the active aquatic plant regulating agent contains an organic compound wherein carbon is attached directly or indirectly to nitrogen, other than as nitro or nitroso (-NO2 or -NO), by nonionic bonding.

(1) Note. A nitro or nitroso group may be attached directly or indirectly to carbon by nonionic bonding, provided that a nitrogen which is not part of a nitro or nitroso group is also so attached.
