(under subclass 325) Apparatus in which the difference between (A) criteria or condition of a motor, pump, motor-pump system, or another self-sufficient device, a condition of a motive fluid in said motor, pump or motor-pump system, or a means driven by said motor, and (B) the criteria or condition of a comparable functional counterpart of a separate motor, pump, motor-pump system or separate self-sufficient device, its output or motive fluid, is continuously or intermittently detected whereby a means responsive to the detected difference acts to control the motor, pump, etc., in a sense or direction to decrease the difference.
