DEFINITION

Classification: 606/133

Physical removal of hair or hair plugs from skin:

(under subclass 131) Subject matter wherein the material extracted or removed from the skin is a naturally occurring fine, generally cylindrical filament growing from the skin or a piece of flesh, generally cylindrical, containing said naturally occurring filament.

(1) Note. This subclass contains depilatory devices, eyebrow pluckers, as well as tweezers specifically claiming hair removal functions and cutters designed to remove hair plugs for transplantation.
