DEFINITION

Classification: 74/15.6

(under subclass 11) Devices in which either a prime mover shaft, a main power line shaft, or an auxiliary driven shaft is extended to constitute a power take-off.

(1) Note. The so-called "power take-off shaft" to be found on some type of tractors is considered to be an auxiliary driven shaft.
