(under subclass 438) Apparatus in which the pressure motive fluid applied to the motor is controlled by a valve means having an inlet line common to the opposed chambers for the pressure motive fluid and in which the by-pass line is formed in part by said inlet line so that fluid may flow from one chamber to the other through the inlet line independently of the position of the pressure motive fluid control valve means.
