(under subclass 703) Apparatus in which the part whose position is changed through 180 deg. comprises less than all of that part of the apparatus which directly contacts the earth.
(1) Note. A separate runner or landside is considered to be an earth working element part, but a standard, beam, or other frame part which mounts the tool is not.
