DEFINITION

Classification: 426/106

(3) insert gas packing, per se, without structure to contain the gas, (4) a closure closing a

receptacle without specific structure, or (5) packaging made from specific claimed material, i.e., glass, tin, aluminum, metal foil, or plastic are not considered proper for this and indented subclasses.

(2) Note. The food material itself must be enrobed or encased, whereas a nonedible associated with the food need not be.
