Classification: 426/66

Subject matter under the definition involving (1) potable water in any of its physical forms in admixture with a material which is intended to permanently remain with the potable water and which perfects the water for an intended food use, and wherein the user still considers the admixture as being water, or (2) canned potable water and (3) methods

of preparing the products of (1) and (2) above.

(1) Note. This subclass requires the final desired product to be a potable water composition. Methods of preparing a potable water composition and then utilizing same are classified depending on the subsequent operation.
