DEFINITION

Classification: 44/329

Heterocyclic carbon compound containing a hetero ring having chalcogen or nitrogen as the only ring hetero atoms:

(under subclass 300) Compositions which contain a compound having a heterocyclic ring whose ring members are carbon and at least one hetero atom selected from nitrogen and chalcogen (i.e., oxygen, sulfur, selenium, and tellurium).

(1) Note. Examples of ingredients provided for herein are heterocyclic ring compounds wherein seven or more ring members are present in the hetero ring.
