Hydrazine or organic nitrogen compound salts of sulfonic acids:

(under subclass 370) Compositions which contain a sulfonic acid which has been salified with hydrazine or with an organic nitrogen compound.

(1) Note. A sulfonic acid has the general formula, below, wherein R is an organic radical: [figure]

(2) Note. By organic nitrogen compound is meant a compound having nitrogen attached directly or indirectly, by nonionic bonding, to carbon of an organic compound. See Glossary in the class definition for the definition of "organic compound".
